Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to develop and grow the market for carton and flexible packaging materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance within Lagos and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new markets for carton and flexible packaging products.
Promote and sell products to businesses in the packaging and bread-making sectors.
Gather and analyze competitive market information.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Expand the company's customer base and improve market share.
Prepare and submit daily sales and market activity reports.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 5 years' proven experience in cartons, flexible packaging, or related materials.
Preferably from industries such as Paper Selling Companies or Cormart.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Age: 25 - 35 years.
Must be confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.


Salary & Benefits


₦350,000 - ₦450,000 net monthly, plus monthly incentives.
Salary is negotiable for highly qualified candidates from the same industry.
