Our client, a fast-growing company in the agro-trade and cereals distribution sector, is seeking to recruit an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the sale of cereals, nuts, seeds, and pulses, with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, onboard wholesalers, and build long-term distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and onboard new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors for the company's product range.
Achieve sales targets and actively grow the company's market share.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to sales strategy planning.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in wholesale cereals or agro-product sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong understanding of Kenya's cereals distribution network is an added advantage.
