Our client, a fast-growing cereals distribution company, is seeking to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead market expansion and strengthen the company's presence in the wholesale cereals segment.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a solid background in B2B cereals sales, distribution, or FMCG trade, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage bulk buyers of cereals, including supermarkets, wholesalers, food distributors, and packaging brands.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to enhance repeat orders and brand loyalty.
Drive sales and market penetration of the company's in-house brand, Zera Oasis.
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize business potential.
Provide periodic market insights, competitor trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years' proven experience in wholesale cereals or FMCG sales.
Excellent understanding of Kenya's cereals distribution network.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driving license or reliable mobility will be an added advantage.
Compensation Package
Gross Salary: Ksh. 60,000 per month.
Transport Allowance: Ksh. 4,000 per week (paid in advance).
