Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with the management team to align sales targets and goals with the overall company strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Focus on acquiring new clients, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's services.
Close deals efficiently to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of two years' B2C sales experience in e-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing
Proven track record in developing and executing complex sales strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and sales performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
