Position Summary


We are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships while promoting our renewable energy products and services.
This role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions. Candidates must be self-starters who can thrive in a target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field marketing activities
Promote and sell solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related renewable energy solutions
Conduct site visits and assess customer energy needs to recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in renewable energy
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
2 - 5 years proven sales experience (experience in renewable energy, power solutions, or related industries is an added advantage)
Strong understanding of solar energy products and power systems is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
