Job Summary


The Sales Executive serve as the key point of contact between the company and clients, driving sales and marketing activities to both existing and prospective customers.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification or advanced degree in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
3 - 7 years proven sales experience, preferably in the security industry or related sectors


Professional Skills:


Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for physical security services.
Good understanding of the Lagos business environment and market dynamics.
Knowledge of key market segments: residential, corporate, retail, and industrial sectors.
Ability to identify and acquire clients in high-demand sectors such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate organizations.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with senior decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
