Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting Berger Paints' products and services. Key responsibilities include client acquisition, sales presentations, market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Knowledge in market research, client acquisition, and relationship management
Proficiency in communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience in delivering excellent customer service to retain and grow client accounts
Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
Previous sales experience in the paints, coatings, or construction industry is an advantage
Requirements:
Minimum of OND in marketing or any other related courses
Minimum of three years experience in sales and marketing
Must have a valid driver's license with ability to drive a car
20-40 years limit.
