Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive the sales of the Company's Internet and Telecommunications services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's revenue growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Promote and sell the Company's Internet, Connectivity, Voice, Managed Services, and other Telecommunications solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.


Requirements
Education:


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or any related discipline.


Experience:


Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC sales experience.
Previous experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecommunications environment is highly preferred.
Must have a proven track record of selling services and achieving sales targets.


Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Good business development and prospecting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other computer applications.
Ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Result-driven with a passion for sales and revenue generation.


Additional Requirements:


Candidate must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ajah, or surrounding areas.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Must be smart, professional, and customer-focused.
