Job Purpose


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the companys products and services within the automotive and industrial sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development


Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and industrial markets.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, customer visits, and market research.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.


Customer Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, workshops, manufacturers, and industrial customers.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and technical requirements.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Market Intelligence


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
Collect and report customer feedback to support product development and service improvements.


Sales Administration


Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales contracts.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company\'s CRM system.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.


Product Knowledge


Maintain a strong understanding of the companys automotive and industrial products and services.
Keep up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and product innovations.
Participate in product training and industry exhibitions where required.


Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional sales or technical certifications are an advantage.
