Job Brief


The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's mechanical and electrical products, accessories, and solutions to clients in the building and construction industry.
The role focuses on developing new client relationships, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:


Identify and develop sales opportunities for mechanical and electrical products, accessories, and building solutions.
Promote company products and services to contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders in the building industry.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.


Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain client records, track sales activity, and report progress to supervisors.


Market Intelligence & Networking:


Develop and leverage a network of contacts within the building industry to generate sales opportunities.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and client preferences.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and promote company products.


Coordination & Reporting:


Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and commercial, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
Prepare basic sales reports and updates on client interactions and opportunities.


Requisite Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant field; a background in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of building materials, home furnishings, or mechanical/electrical products to the building or construction industry.
Familiarity with the building industry, contractors, interior designers, architects, or related networks is an advantage.
Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
