Job Summary
We are seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to drive the distribution and adoption of affordable healthcare plans through churches, mosques, employers, associations, and other organised community groups. The ideal candidate will build partnerships, drive beneficiary enrolment, and support healthcare plan utilisation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage community groups, employers, associations, and other potential partners.
Present healthcare plans to decision-makers and secure group enrolment opportunities.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve campaign targets.
Drive accurate beneficiary enrolment, activation, and partner allocation.
Educate beneficiaries on plan benefits and how to access healthcare services.
Follow up to encourage and verify utilisation of plan benefits.
Maintain accurate enrolment records and submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with approved sales, enrolment, and reporting procedures.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1 - 3 years' experience in sales, business development, community mobilisation, healthcare, insurance, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Existing networks within churches, mosques, employers, and community associations are a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage field activities.
Good record-keeping and digital reporting skills.
Knowledge of Lagos communities and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
