Job Summary
We are seeking driven and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and financial products, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
The role is best suited for individuals with proven sales experience and a strong passion for financial services sales.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell financialproducts to individuals and corporate clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Educate clients on financialproducts and recommend suitable coverage options
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Achieve agreed sales targets consistently
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation
Stay informed on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financialadvisory is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good networking and relationship-building abilities
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.
