Our client is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting the company\'s logistics and transportation solutions. The ideal candidate will identify prospective clients, manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company\'s customer base.
Promote the company\'s logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor customer satisfaction, address client concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Prepare and submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
Person Specifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of proven sales experience; experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
