Job Summary


We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our engineering solutions and system integration services.
The role requires a professional who understands technical products and can translate complex engineering solutions into clear business value for clients. Sales executives in technical industries combine product knowledge with relationship building to guide clients through complex B2B purchasing decisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strong relationships with consultants and contractors, and closing engineering solution contracts.


Key Responsibilities


Identify new project opportunities across construction, hospitality, energy, and commercial facilities.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and facility managers.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust project pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify new sectors and growth opportunities.
Present engineering solutions via technical demonstrations and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide pre-sales support and technical clarifications.
Participate in RFQs, tenders, and project bids.
Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Develop partnerships with consultants, EPC contractors, and property developers.
Drive the company's presence in key industry sectors.


Qualifications/Specifications


Bachelor's or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 4 - 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
Engineering or technical background is an advantage.
Experience selling solutions in Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP, ELV systems, Energy Management, Construction, or Data Centre Infrastructure.
Strong technical sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in simple terms.
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
Self-driven with strong commercial awareness.
