Role Summary


ISN Medical is hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor/retail relationships across the consumer products segment in Abia and Akwa Ibom State.


Key Responsibilities


Achieve sales targets and grow market share
Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners
Manage distributors & retail networks for product availability and visibility
Execute territory sales plans and promotions
Build strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners
Conduct consumer healthcare product presentations and trainings
Support order processing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection
Monitor market trends and competitor activities


Requirements


HND/BSc in Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy or related field. A minimum of 2.1 or Upper credit is required.
Minimum of 2+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical / diagnostics / medical equipment preferred)
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with field work
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
