REQUIREMENTS
Highly confident in speaking to customers over the phone and online
Previous sales experience (travel or service industry preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
A genuine passion for travel and helping people plan dream holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Call, engage, and follow up with new and existing customer enquiries
Confidently present holiday packages and guide customers through booking
Build a strong rapport to understand and meet customer needs
Proactively manage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Stay knowledgeable on destinations, travel trends, and offers
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
