About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable real estate company based in Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling property developments, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
Promote and sell the company's real estate offerings to prospective buyers and investors.
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales.
Provide market insights and feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
