Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Omole Phase 1, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and achieving financial success through real estate transactions.


Key Responsibilities


Proactively generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Provide expert guidance to clients on real estate investment opportunities, market trends, and available properties.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
Stay updated on real estate laws, industry trends, and competitive market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.


Requirements


Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about earning through sales.
Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
