Job Description
Prospect and identify potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (residential, commercial, industrial) to clients to prospective buyers.
Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing and payment plans.
Negotiate sales agreements, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales target.
Provide professional advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and property related matters.
Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with marketing /media team to execute promotional campaigns.
Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses to generate leads.networking events
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, investors, and partners.
Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
Staying up-to-date with real estate trends, activities and market insights.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Ensure all documentations, contracts ,and agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing ,product development, legal, accounts and customer service to align efforts ,leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities .
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
