We are seeking a results oriented Sales Executive to support business growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves marketing and presenting properties, engaging prospective clients, and managing the end to end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, while upholding high standards of customer service and contributing to the company's market presence and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various channels such as referrals, marketing efforts, and networking.
Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system.
Market properties through and advertise properties through online listing, open houses and exhibitions
Conduct property viewing, client consultation and follow ups
Assess property values and advise clients through the closing process
Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales and leasing process
Prepare, review and follow up on sales agreements and contracts
Build relationships with landlords, property owners, buyers and tenants
Analyze competitors and market conditions to support pricing strategies
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Represent the company at expos, events and sales meetings
Achieve and maintain property management portfolio growth
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Customer focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Result driven and able to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with social media marketing tools and computing software will be an added advantage
