Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Lagos.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving the sales of insurance products.
Key responsibilities include reaching sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and staying updated on industry trends to offer clients the best solutions.
The role requires proactive outreach, follow-up on leads, and the ability to professionally represent NPF Insurance Co. Ltd. in all client interactions.


Qualifications


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales, business development, and client relationship management capabilities
An understanding of insurance products or services (prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage)
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
Proven organizational and time management skills
Adaptability, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
BSc or OND in any related field
