The company specializes in delivering solar energy systems, water and borehole solutions, industrial pumps, power backup systems, and technical infrastructure services to homes, farms, industries, institutions, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver sales reports.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Participate in marketing activities and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development Experience in selling engineering, solar, water solutions, pumps, or power backup systems is a strong added advantage is an added advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
