About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will own the complete acquisition cycle for private hospitals and small-to-medium clinics (0-150 patients per day) in your assigned territory (Lagos or Abuja). You will onboard these facilities onto Primed's digital health platform through disciplined, high-velocity execution in Nigeria's competitive healthcare market.
This is a target-driven, field-based role focused on securing commercially viable contracts that are operationally ready for rapid deployment. Success requires closing 2-5 new clients per week with full payment at signing and seamless 7-day onboarding

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
Own and manage 150-200 qualified targets within your states (Lagos or Abuja).
Conduct daily field visits to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities despite typical logistical challenges.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all leads, visits, objections, and next line of action.
Sales & Closing
Deliver compelling pitches focused on revenue uplift through SmartPay, SmartClinic EMR, and leakage reduction.
Conduct product demonstrations using territory-specific revenue models tailored to clinics with 50-150 daily patients.
Overcome objections professionally using established frameworks and close deals efficiently (maximum 3 follow-ups).
Secure full first-month payment at the point of signature.
Handoff & Onboarding
Prepare and submit a complete Onboarding Packet within 24 hours of contract signing, including patient volume data, legacy systems, payment workflows, site notes, and revenue baseline.
Participate in weekly handoff sessions to ensure smooth transition and successful deployment.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Provide daily activity logs and weekly forecasts with high accuracy.
Share timely insights on local competitors, pricing trends, and common revenue leakage patterns.
Performance Targets
8 - 20 contracts per month
Average sales cycle of 14 days or less
100% payment collected at signing
≥95% complete onboarding packets
Commission is paid only on fully paid and properly handed-off contracts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven B2B field sales experience (healthcare, SaaS, or fintech preferred).
Track record of consistently closing 5+ deals per month.
Strong understanding of revenue cycles, leakage, and billing workflows.
Own reliable vehicle and smartphone; must reside in Lagos or Abuja.
Fluency in English and at least one local language (Yoruba for Lagos, Hausa for Abuja).
Preferred
Prior experience selling into clinics or hospitals.
Knowledge of medical billing and payment systems.
Background in financing or equipment leasing solutions.
