Responsibilities
	Serve as a Commercial and Technical Expert for pharmaceutical customers.
	Provide support to existing customers with current product offerings while driving the development of new portfolios and projects.
	Assess and identify the application potential of existing products.
	Manage and oversee the successful launch of new products into the market.
	Develop strategies to ensure consistent and competitive positioning of products and niche offerings.
	Provide continuous technical support for existing product lines.
	Achieve and exceed annual sales growth targets.
	Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in purchasing and R&D departments.
	Conduct competitive benchmarking, comparing current and upcoming products with key competitors in the market.
	Organize events and initiatives that engage both sales organizations and technical services teams.
	Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to contribute to the overall Marketing Plan.
	Participate in business trips to meet with partners, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
	Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or any equivalent degree
	Holder of a valid Pharmacist License from the Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB) of Kenya
	B2B sales experience in selling pharmaceutical ingredients in a chemical distribution company
	Excellent English communication skills
	Strong commercial and market orientation
	Ability to work in a multinational environment
	Valid driving license
