We're hiring goal-driven Sales Executives to market and sell plots/houses in our estate in Abuja.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and follow up on client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
Conduct property presentations and estate site tours for prospective clients
Close sales and guide clients through documentation and payment process
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Represent the estate brand professionally at all times
Requirements
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Basic computer and smartphone skills for CRM/client tracking
Residence in Abuja or willingness to relocate
Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
