Job Summary


We are seeking a result-driven Sales Executive responsible for converting leads into paying clients through effective in-house sales strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to close deals and consistently meet monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Convert assigned leads into successful sales.
Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other in-house channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
Meet and exceed the minimum monthly sales target.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.


Requirements


Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead conversion.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.


Work Structure


Fully in-house role (No outdoor marketing required)
Structured work schedule (Monday to Friday).
