Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships for Strengths Africa. This role goes beyond closing deals—you will represent our brand, values, and solutions in the marketplace, building trust-based relationships that translate into long-term impact and sustainable growth.

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities, converting prospects, managing client relationships, and consistently delivering on sales targets while upholding Strengths Africa's standards of excellence, integrity, and accountability.

What You'll Do


Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities aligned with Strengths Africa's offerings
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Present and sell Strengths Africa's products and services clearly, professionally, and ethically
Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records, and forecasts using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, training, operations) to ensure seamless client delivery
Gather market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates
Represent Strengths Africa at meetings, pitches, events, and partnership engagements

Requirements


HND/BSc in any discipline
2 - 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Email)
Fluency in AI tools for productivity, research, sales enablement, and reporting
Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent organisational and report-writing skills
High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal presentation
Ability to represent Strengths Africa confidently and credibly
