Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail, corporate, and project markets.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders.
Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
