Job Description


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet our business goals.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and engage potential Customers and clients through various channels (cold calling, route distribution system.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct product presentations to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to enhance lead generation efforts.


Qualifications


Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to drive is an added advantage.
