What You Will Do
Business Development & Market Expansion

Customer Relationship Management

Manage client communications and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Use data and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
Industry Knowledge & Market Intelligence
Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Gather insights on distribution networks and agency operations to guide strategic decisions.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
Contribute to promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
Share field insights to support product positioning and business planning.
Must-haves
A Business Related bachelor's degree or diploma.
At least four years proven experience in animal feed sales.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
