Sales Executive (Enterprise Sales) at Ntel Nigeria

Job Summary


To sustain and enhance targeted customer acquisition and gross revenue in respective sales territory by effective implementation of planned strategies that aim at improving distribution channel.


Key Responsibilities


Achieve customer acquisition, revenue, ARPU and retention target.
Provide oversight management functions of Customer Care Agents, ISPs and Agencies towards achieving the consumer marketing and sales objectives through defined channels based on the market dynamics.
Execute the strategy for ntel's B2B - ISPs, Resellers, Agencies) and B2C (customers / clients) - in the process achieve the desired acquisitions and revenues targets while also ensuring the channel satisfaction levels.
Maximize sales through effective execution and implementation of placement and distribution strategies.
Ensure timely communication of all schemes /product launches to B2B and B2C customers.
Coordinate all sales activities so that sales turnover is optimized.
Liaise with ntel Partners (ISPs, OEMs and cross-functional teams) to identify ways to increase penetration.
Partner with Sales Agents and other channel stakeholders in gathering, coordinating, and communicating market information including competition activities and customer preferences.
Track and review B2B / B2C clients and Sales Agents (SAs) on their sales and market expansion.
Ensure prompt weekly report of performance, market intelligence and competitions activities.
Recommend measures to increase sales from existing & new B2B and B2C clients.
Liaise with the Training Function for product, process and behavioral training of SAs.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant
4 years' experience in Sales including: 2-3 years managing Telecoms SME/Enterprise SalesDemonstrated experience building or significantly developing an HSE function
Relevant Professional qualification from a recognized Body
