We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth by promoting the full Fosroc product range, with a particular focus on flooring and industrial solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute a marketing strategy aimed at maximising sales opportunities, optimising pricing and margins, and ensuring effective collections - all in alignment with the Group's Strategic Objectives. This position calls for a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, proven sales capability, and a passion for providing value-driven solutions to clients.

Role responsibilities:


Identify and pursue business growth opportunities across target markets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Drive new product introductions and expand markets for existing products to achieve revenue goals.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and growth drivers to inform business strategy and channel development.
Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service delivery.
Partner with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor business performance and route-to-market (RTM) effectiveness, recommending improvements to support growth.
Promote and communicate the value of the company's product range, providing technical advice and training to customers.
Ensure effective merchandising and product visibility to support sales objectives.
Manage trade spend, debt collection, and forecasting within your area of responsibility.
Build sustainable relationships with distributors, merchants, and end-users to strengthen market position.
Maintain accurate call reports, adhere to reporting processes, and uphold company ethics and confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge and continuously improve performance.


Is this job for you ?

Minimum requirements:


At least 5 years' experience managing and selling high specification industrial products, key accounts management and business development
3 years working experience in the Building and Construction industry
Tertiary qualification (B Degree) in sales, marketing, engineering or any other qualification related to construction/building studies
Experience in industrial flooring and coatings will have an added advantage
Commercially aware
Computer literate and numerate
Negotiation and sales skills
Function effectively in remote regions on their own
Advanced managerial, analytical and negotiating skills preferable
Demonstrable sound business judgement with ability to follow up projects from conception to implementation preferable
Working experience in a multinational environment will be preferred
Success at selling new concepts and products
Analytical thinking and problem-solving logic
