Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2 - 5 years' experience to join a fast-growing company in the HVAC (air conditioning) industry. If you have a strong sales mindset and understand technical products, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
2 - 5 years' experience in sales (HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales preferred)
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
