Summary


We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store.
Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.
Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities.


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of cognate sales experience.
Experience in a structured retail environment will be an added advantage.
Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail POS systems.
