Overall purpose of the Job


The Sales Executive will work with the Sales team to drive the organization's sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
The role oversees all aspects of the sales department, from setting sales targets to developing strategic plans for expanding the customer base and ensuring consistent revenue generation.


Job Responsibilities


Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals of market expansion, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across various industries. This involves identifying new opportunities, defining target markets, and setting sales targets to meet and exceed company objectives.
Work with the sales team to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure the team is equipped to effectively sell the company's diverse portfolio of services to different institutions.
Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the organization's solutions effectively address their challenges. This involves collaborating closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to proactively adjust sales strategies and product positioning, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and product development.
Drive revenue growth through the implementation of innovative sales techniques and initiatives.
Regularly updating senior management on industry trends and market insights enables the company to remain innovative and responsive to emerging technologies, staying true to our goal of providing state-of-the-art solutions.


Qualification


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of successful sales revenue generation.
Demonstrated experience in selling software solutions, preferably in cloud services and IT education.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
