Requirements:


Minimum B. Sc in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2-4 years experience
Self motivated with a result driven approach
Passion for Sales and resilience
Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Excellent customer service and sales skills


Responsibilities:


Identify, engage and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth
Generate leads, establish new business opportunities, and promote the company's products
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Negotiate contracts, close sales and manage customer accounts effectively
