Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive, targetdriven, and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories in Lagos.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within the territory.
Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.
Execute promotional and activation activities to drive volume and brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.


Requirements


Must reside within or be very familiar with the Lagos locations applied for (Trade Fair, Mushin, Oke Arin, or Ikorodu).
Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in beverage or FMCG sales.
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to meet targets.
