About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in new vehicles to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, with the aim of promoting and selling our latest vehicle offerings.
You will play a key role in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, within a customer-centric and competitive market.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential vehicle sales through proactive outreach and lead generation activities.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations on new vehicle options.
Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits, ensuring customers have the information needed to make informed decisions.
Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing and financing options, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to facilitate reporting and performance tracking.
Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.


Requirements


Proven track record in sales, particularly in the automotive industry or related fields, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customer segments.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Familiarity with automotive products, technologies, and market trends to effectively educate customers.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
