Sales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience selling bread improvers, bakery ingredients, or related food-processing products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities among bakeries, bread manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant customers. Promote and sell bread improvers and related bakery ingredients to prospective and existing clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Conduct market visits, identify customer needs, and monitor competitor activities. Prepare sales reports, track targets, and follow up on customer orders and payments. Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in bread improvers, bakery ingredients, flour milling, food additives, or a related industry. Experience selling to bakeries, distributors, or food manufacturers is highly desirable. Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Ability to meet sales targets and develop new markets. Willingness to work in Gombe and surrounding markets.
