Job Summary


We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Sales Executive Officer to drive the company's revenue by selling products or services, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business. This role requires high persuasion, networking, and digital skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Actively seek out new customers through calls, visits, networking, or online channels(Generate leads)
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business(follow-up leads)
Handle pricing, terms, and closing agreements in a way that benefits both the client and the company
Work towards monthly or quarterly goals set by the organization
Monitor competitors and identify trends to spot new opportunities
Close sales actively and professionally
Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in Marketing or administrative roles( 1-3 years experience)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong Customer service relationship skills
Analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media/Digital marketing skills, and Networking
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
