About the Role


As a Sales Executive for pre-owned vehicles at VW East Rand, you will drive sales and customer engagement by connecting potential buyers with quality pre-owned vehicles. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, showcasing our vehicle offerings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities


Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to facilitate successful sales transactions.
Maintain an updated knowledge of product offerings, features, and local market trends to provide informed guidance.
Process sales paperwork accurately and ensure timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address any post-sale concerns.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.


Requirements


Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field, demonstrating customer service excellence.

Familiarity with financing options and vehicle sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience selling pre-owned or new vehicles in a dealership environment.
Understanding of the Volkswagen brand and its offerings.
Certification in automotive sales or a related qualification
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
