We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales by converting qualified leads into closed deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and experienced in sellingresidential properties(lands & houses.)
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell residential properties (land and house)
Convert qualified leads into successful sales
Conduct property inspections and client presentations
Negotiate terms and close sales professionally
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop referral networks and generate repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years experience.
Proven experience in real estate sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Target-driven with a strong performance mindset
Good knowledge of land and building/property sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
