Our client, a growing real estate company based in Ruiru - Kamakis, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Executive to support property sales and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales, strong digital marketing skills, and an active social media presence capable of promoting property listings and attracting potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities


Promote and market real estate properties to potential buyers.
Generate leads through online platforms and personal networks.
Use social media platforms, especially Facebook, to market property listings.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on available properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into buyers.
Maintain an updated database of clients and sales prospects.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.


Minimum Requirements


Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate sales.
Must be highly active on social media, with at least 2,000 Facebook followers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the Ruiru / Kamakis property market is an added advantage.
Excellent sales and persuasion skills.
Strong digital marketing and social media engagement ability.
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
High level of motivation and resilience.
