Job Summary


We are recruiting a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding market penetration across Port Harcourt.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong FMCG sales experience and a passion for achieving results in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the territory.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.
Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing.
Execute promotional and in-market activation activities to drive sales volume and brand awareness.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.


Requirements


Must currently reside in or be very familiar with Port Harcourt.
Proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales is required.
Minimum qualification of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage territories effectively, and consistently meet sales targets
