Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up on customer inquiries and prospects.
Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Educate customers on renewable energy solutions and products.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Support customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Contribute towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
1 - 2 years of sales or business development experience.
Age Range: 24 - 28 Years
Basic solar energy literacy.
Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
Basic product and competitor knowledge.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Good report-writing and documentation skills.
High level of integrity and KYC discipline.
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
Ability to communicate in local languages is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
