The Sales Executive - Water Treatment Solutions is responsible for driving sales of water treatment chemicals, and technical solutions by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
Job Details
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage, oil & gas, power, and utilities.
Promote and sell water treatment chemicals, dosing systems, and related technical solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client needs assessments, site visits, and technical discussions to recommend appropriate water treatment solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and after-sales support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategy.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
3 - 5 years' sales experience, preferably in water treatment, specialty chemicals, or industrial solutions.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes (e.g., boiler water, cooling towers, wastewater treatment) is an added advantage.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
