Job Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client accounts, closing high-value deals, and expanding the company's market share. Key Responsibilities

Sales Management
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Close deals with high-value clients and manage key accounts.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Identify new market opportunities.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and industry developments.
Reporting
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports covering:
New leads and opportunities
Deals closed and revenue generated
Client feedback and challenges encountered
Market opportunities identified
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in corporate or institutional sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
