Sales Floor Supervisor at SPAR

Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor stock levels and enforce proper FIFO practices
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
Support sales targets and store performance goals
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management


Requirements


2 - 3 years experience in retail supervision or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
