Responding promptly to client inquiries
Following up on quotations and confidently closing deals
Scheduling bookings and coordinating services seamlessly
Upselling services to increase revenue opportunities
Tracking leads and supporting marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
Highly organized, proactive & target-driven
Experience in the service industry (added advantage)
