Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Sales Independent Agent located in Chuka. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting the company's financial products such as loans and asset finance, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional tasks involve understanding customer needs, providing accurate information on services, and managing client interactions professionally.
Qualifications
Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to attract and convert potential clients.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
Negotiation and Persuasion skills to build and maintain sales performance.
Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple client interactions and achieve targets efficiently.
Minimum academic requirement: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in financial products sales is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Swahili for effective communication.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-drive while adhering to company policies and procedures.
